Our Rattan furniture has been meticulously handcrafted by talented artisans using the highest quality of Rattan. Each piece is unique and as such may have variations in colour and finish. This is not considered to be a defect or fault but rather a proud statement of its natural beauty.
To protect and preserve the beauty of your Rattan piece, please keep in mind the following:
- Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat source as the direct exposure will dry out the Rattan and may cause a crack or split.
- Clean regularly with a damp cloth and remove any dust or debris.
- Avoid using harsh and abrasive chemicals as this will damage the finish of the Rattan.
- Our Rattan furniture is designed primarily for indoor use, unless otherwise stated, and should be kept away from rain and moisture. Prolonged exposure to rain, moisture and humidity may cause mould, discolouration, and the Rattan to loosen.
- If you do choose to place the Rattan piece outside, we advise placing it undercover. Please bring it back indoors after use.
- Damage to Rattan caused by natural elements (weather) is not covered under Warranty.
Products will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order (unless it is Made-to-Order). There are, on very rare occasions, unexpected delays to the dispatch, and in such cases, you will be notified by us. As soon as we book your order for delivery, you will receive an email from us with all the shipping details and a tracking link.
This product is a ‘to the door delivery’. The courier driver will deliver the products as close to your property front entrance as possible given the size of the delivery truck and ensuring safe practices. The driver will not deliver to inside of the home/office as that is your responsibility.
Please note if your shipping address is that of a unit/apartment, the courier person may not be able to deliver the products beyond the ground floor or you may need to assist the driver to do so.
A signature will be required upon delivery so please ensure someone is there to receive for the products, otherwise, re-delivery costs may apply. Alternatively, you can also provide ‘Authority to Leave’ the products in a safe place at your shipping address. This can be indicated at Checkout.

In the event of you not liking your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days of you receiving it, no questions asked. You will be issued a full refund, less our shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee. This Change of Mind policy does not apply to the Made-to-Order products.
If you are delivered; i.) incorrect products ii.) products containing a manufacturing defect or iii.) products that were damaged while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the matter.
When returning the product, we ask that you re-package the product in its original packaging and that there are no damages to the item.
