Returns & Exchange Policy
Lirash will only process, and is obligated to process, a return or an exchange in accordance with the Returns & Exchange Policy listed below. It is highly recommended that you go through the information below as it sets out the guidelines for the eligibility of returns or an exchange. If your products were damaged in transit
We carry transit insurance to ensure that no financial burden is bestowed on the customer for any damages that they are not related to. You must inspect the products for any damages upon arrival and notify Lirash within 7-days of receiving the products. For mirrors (only), Lirash will need to be notified of any damages within 2-days of receiving the products. Failure to do so will result in your products no longer being covered by transit policy.
When claiming for damage in transit, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damage.
Once your claim is approved, you will be sent a replacement piece with all shipping costs incurred upon Lirash.
Products containing a manufacturing defect
If you detect a manufacturing defect in your order, you must inform Lirash within 7-days of receiving the products. You will then be asked to provide images or videos identifying the defect. These images and videos will then be reviewed by our technical team in order for Lirash to validate and approve your claim of a Manufacturing defect. If the claim is not approved, then your return will be processed under the Change of Mind policy and therefore the buyer will bear the return postage and a 15% re-stocking fee.
Once your claim is approved, upon availability of stock, your product will be replaced. If the product is out of stock, then you may be offered a similar product or a full refund. If defects of products have not been reported within 7-days of receiving the products, then no refund or replacement will be processed.
The shipping costs associated with the replacement piece will be incurred upon Lirash.
Incorrect products delivered to you
Please notify Lirash within 7-days of receiving the products. We will investigate the problem and provide you with the correct products. The replacement costs and delivery costs will be incurred upon Lirash. The correct products will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within the normal time frame.
Products damaged by you
Unfortunately, any products that have been damaged by you, accidentally or otherwise, will not be replaced or refunded by us.
The method of payment for processing refunds will be at the sole discretion of Lirash.
Change of mind
In the very unlikely situation that you dislike our products and decide to return your item, we will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price, less transit fees and a 15% re-stocking fee.
It’s important for your item to be in its original condition and packaging, to be eligible for a return. To organise a return, simply contact us within 30-days of receiving your item including images of your product in the original packaging and we will be in touch with further details.
Buyer is to bear the postage for change of mind. Please note, that you may have purchased products from our store with free shipping, however this option will be exempt in times of returns for change of mind. When returning our products, our actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to make an exchange, then you must notify Lirash within 3-days of receiving your products. The products that you purchased should be in their original packaging and condition. Images of the products must be sent to and approved by Lirash before any exchange is processed. The products that you wish to exchange with must be equivalent or of a lesser value in price. Please note, you cannot exchange with products that are on sale or classified under special offers. Also, in times of exchange the buyer is to bear the postage to and from Lirash and any additional costs associated with it.
