Where are you located?

We are Sydney-based, located at 2/22 Oramzi Road, Girraween, NSW 2145.

Are the products open for display?

Unfortunately no. We do not have a retail shopfront as we are online sellers and all our products are boxed. Hence why we put in a lot of effort in taking photographs of products in such ways that the customer knows exactly what they are buying. All other specifications about the products have been listed on the product page in a very detailed manner. And for any other questions, we are always just a quick message away!

By not having a retail shopfront, we are able to pass on these great savings to our customers in the form of low prices and efficient services.

What is the mode of Payment if I come to your warehouse to pick-up my purchase?

We have an EFTPOS system at our Warehouse for an easy and a 100% secure transaction.

Can I pick my items up to avoid Delivery charges?

Yes, we offer 'Click & Collect'. You can pick-up your items from our warehouse between Monday – Friday from 10.00am-5.30pm. At checkout, you can select 'Click & Collect' under 'Shipping Methods'. After the purchase, you will be emailed the collection day(s) and hours. 

Who can I speak to about any problems I may experience?

How do I return my Purchase If I change my mind?

Should you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30-days of purchase and receive a refund of the original purchase price, less transit fees. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

How do I know my Payment transaction is secure?

We have created an extremely secure environment and installed safe payment gateways that ensure that your credit card details are secure. The Lirash payment system has a 256-bit SSL security encryption. If you wish to see whether your transaction is secure or not, look in the url tab. If you see https:// or a lock symbol, this means that your payment is secure. We do not retain any credit card details and it is submitted directly into our bank accounts. The item I want is out of stock. What now?

Although, we ensure that we maintain sufficient stock levels, there may be situations where certain products may be out of stock. In those situations, please contact us about that product and we will get back to you with all the updates.

Do you accept Pre-orders?

Yes, we do accept Pre-orders. Items that are eligible for Pre-orders will have this mentioned on the products page with an estimated dispatch date.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

How can I trust Lirash?

Do you offer a Warranty on your products?

Yes! All products from the Lirash range come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated (these can be viewed on the product page under 'Specifications' and next to 'Warranty'). Please ensure, that you retain all purchase receipts for your warranty claims.

How frequently do you list new Products?

The designers and buyers at Lirash are dedicated in bringing to their customers an unrivalled range of designer products. As a result of this, we periodically update our products range so we highly recommend you to subscribe to our newsletter, visit our website frequently or connect with us on Facebook & Twitter and keep on top of all our new inclusions!

How long does Delivery take?

Delivery time varies and depends on the size of the product, the address of shipping and the availability of the courier services. To learn more, please view the Shipping & Delivery Information.

How do I update my details in My Account?

Click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the top left-hand side of the website. You will then be redirected to your dashboard. You can make all updates to your login, address, credit card details etc, here.

What Payment types do you accept?

Lirash has employed extremely secure payment methods. These include: PayPal and eWAY (Credit Cards).
