Is Lirash an Australian-based company?

Yes, we are a proud Australian-based family-owned company located in Sydney, NSW.

Where is Lirash located?

Our fulfillment centre is located at Unit 2, 22 Oramzi Road, Girraween, NSW 2145. All orders are shipped from here.

Note, the address above is a warehouse. There is no showroom.

Does Lirash have a retail showroom where products are open for display?

Lirash is purely an online store, therefore, none of the products in our collection are open for display. Detailed images and item specifications have been provided on all product pages to ensure customers are presented with all the information they need. If there is any further information that may be required, please do not hesitate to contact us.

By not having a retail shopfront, we are able to directly pass these cost savings onto our customers.

How can I trust Lirash?

We are a proud Australian-based family-owned company that is passionate for everything Home. It is this passion that has led us to embark on this journey of providing Australia with access to a unique collection of Designer Furniture online.

We can completely understand that purchasing and paying online can be a little nerve-racking at first. It is with this in mind that we have created this website that ensures your privacy and online safety is always prioritised and maintained.

Any sensitive information, such as your credit card details, that you enter to purchase an item from the Lirash website is processed through a secured framework that encrypts the data to ensure it is processed securely and that your anonymity is maintained.

We will never, under any circumstances, distribute such sensitive information to third parties. To learn more about this, please view our Privacy Policy.

Will my private information be distributed to Third Parties?

No! We are strictly against the distribution of sensitive information to third parties. Read more about how we protect your privacy under our Privacy Policy.

How do I know my Payment transaction is secure?

We have created an extremely secure environment and installed safe payment gateways that ensure that your credit card details are completely secure. The Lirash payment system has a 256-bit SSL security encryption. If you wish to see whether your transaction is secure or not, look in the URL tab. If you see https:// or a lock symbol, this means that your payment is secure. We do not retain any credit card details and it is submitted directly into our bank accounts. Placing Orders

How do I place an order online at Lirash?

Navigate to the page of the product that you wish to purchase. Click ‘Add to Cart’. The cart page will pop up from the right-hand side. Click on ‘Go to Checkout’. On the Checkout page, enter all your details and then choose the shipping method that you wish to opt for and click ‘Next’. Finally, select your preferred payment method and complete your transaction.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, as soon as you have placed your order, you will receive your order confirmation via an email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk emails as well because sometimes the order confirmation email can land in there.

Can the Lirash team help me in placing an order?

Yes, we can! Simply contact us and let us know the product(s) you wish to purchase. We can then create the order for you and email you a payment link, so you can securely complete the transaction at your end.

I am moving into a new house in a few weeks’ time. Can I order now but have my order dispatched later?

Yes! We can dispatch your order at a time that suits you. Simply place your order online and contact us with your order number. We will then make a note on your order to hold the dispatch until a time that suits you.

Note, we can only hold the dispatch of your order at our fulfilment centre until a time that suits you. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day and time as all the orders are shipped with third-party couriers.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with the tracking information.

Can I walk-in and purchase directly from the warehouse in Girraween, NSW 2145?

This is possible for some products but not all. Larger items (e.g., Drinks Trolleys, Kitchen Islands etc.) require some processing time; therefore, you will be unable to walk-in and purchase directly. For these larger items, we encourage you to place an order online and select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout. Then wait for our email confirming that the items are ready for collection.

For smaller products (e.g., Home Décor, Bar Stools, Console Tables etc.), this may be possible. However, to avoid any surprises regarding stock unavailability and scenarios where the boxes do not fit in your vehicle, please contact us prior to coming.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

Although, we ensure that we maintain sufficient stock levels, there may be situations where certain products have been sold out. You can sign-up for stock notification alerts by clicking on ‘Notify me when this product is in stock’ on the product page of the item you are interested in and creating an account with Lirash. With this, as soon as the item is back in stock, you will be notified immediately.

Alternatively, you can also contact us, and we can note down your details and inform you of the stock arrival closer to the date.

Do you accept pre-orders?

No, currently we do not accept pre-orders.

If you wish to purchase an item that is currently sold out, please sign-up for stock notification alerts by clicking on ‘Notify me when this product is in stock’ on the product page of the item you are interested in and creating an account with Lirash. With this, as soon as the item is back in stock, you will be notified immediately.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Shipping & Delivery

What areas does Lirash deliver to?

Lirash ships Australia-wide.

Some Made-to-Order items are for Sydney-wide delivery only. However, on special request and additional shipping costs, these can be arranged for delivery Australia-wide as well. Please contact us should you wish to purchase a Made-to-Order item.

Does Lirash ship Internationally?

No, at this stage Lirash only ships Australia-wide.

Does Lirash deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers?

No. Lirash only ships to physical shipping addresses.

What couriers do you use?

Lirash has a range of well-reputed couriers that it uses the services of for all its shipping requirements. These vary depending on the size, weight, and fragility of an item.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and fragility of an item as well as the shipping address.

You can check the shipping cost of an item by entering your suburb name and postcode on the Product page and then clicking ‘Calculate Shipping’. Through this, you will be able to see all the shipping methods available for your shipping address. You will then be able to choose from these shipping methods at checkout when you are finalising your purchase.

Please note, the shipping rates displayed are based on per unit of the currently viewed product. The rates also take into account all the items, if any, currently in your cart.

What happens if I am not able to calculate shipping costs for my location?

If you are unable to calculate shipping for your shipping suburb and postcode, please contact us. This could happen for suburbs that are new.

How long does Lirash take to dispatch orders?

Lirash normally aims for a 48-hour dispatch. On some occasions, there could be minor delays to this time-frame due to various factors such as backlog of orders, courier availability and certain items requiring longer processing time.

As soon as your order is dispatched, Lirash will send you an email with the tracking information for your order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on your shipping address. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will be provided with the tracking information via an email from Lirash. You can track the shipment using the tracking information provided as well as view the ETA.

Note, delivery times are beyond the control of Lirash as all orders are shipped through third-party couriers.

If I have ordered multiple items, will they all arrive at the same time?

If your order contains multiple items and/or items that are packaged in multiple cartons, then they may arrive at different times as they can get separated at courier distribution centres.

If your order contains items that vary in size, weight, and fragility; then the items may be shipped with different couriers. Due to this, your order may arrive at different times. In this case, you will receive multiple emails from Lirash with the individual tracking information for each respective courier that the item(s) have been shipped with.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, Lirash will email you with the tracking information for your order.

If your order has been shipped with a courier that does provide real-time tracking updates, then you will be able to see these delivery updates right from the email we have sent you by clicking on the tracking link.

Note, some couriers do not provide real-time tracking. If you are unable to see any updates with the tracking link via the email, we have sent you, please contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number to receive the delivery updates. The tracking link will have the contact information of the courier that your order has been shipped with.

Can I specify a particular day and time for delivery?

No, we are unable to organise delivery on a particular day and time as all orders are shipped through third-party couriers.

What are normal delivery hours?

Couriers deliver from Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) during business hours which are 8am – 6pm, approximately. 

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If there is no-one present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, then the couriers may leave a ‘delivery attempt card’ detailing on how to organise for a re-delivery or may contact you later to book for a re-delivery.

Alternatively, if you know you will not be present to receive the delivery, then you can simply opt for the ‘Authority to Leave’ Delivery method at checkout. With this option, couriers can leave the product boxes at a safe place at front door or near the shipping address, if there is no-one present to receive the delivery. Even with this option, a tracking number will still be provided upon dispatch of items.

What is Authority to Leave Delivery?

If no-one will be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the courier driver can leave the item boxes at a safe place near the front door or the closest possible location to the shipping address that the courier driver can access. Note, the driver will only leave the items if they feel it is safe to do so.

The benefit of this delivery method is that your order will almost be always delivered on the first attempt and you will not have to worry about organising for re-delivery. It is also the recommended method of delivery if you know you will not be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Can the courier bring my order inside the house and help me place it or take it upstairs?

No. All deliveries are to the door only. The courier driver will deliver the products as close to your front entrance as possible given the size of the delivery truck and ensuring safe practices. The driver will not deliver to the inside of your home/office as that is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if your shipping address is that of a unit/apartment, the courier driver may not be able to deliver the products beyond the ground floor or you may need to assist the driver to do so.

For delivery addresses that have limited access or are not on the ground floor, we suggest getting the help of family, friends, or a neighbour to assist bringing your items inside.

There are delays to my delivery. What should I do?

Most of the times, it would be best to contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number to investigate the reason for delay. The courier contact details will be provided in the shipping email provided to you by Lirash when your order is dispatched.

Otherwise, please contact us in the event of delays. We will contact the courier and lodge an investigation on your behalf. In events like these, because Lirash will need to communicate with multiple third parties, please allow additional time for your issue to be resolved.

Click & Collect

Can I collect my order from Lirash to save on delivery costs?    

Yes, Lirash offers ‘Click & Collect’ (only for NSW customers at this stage). You can select this at checkout when you are completing your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. On some occasions, it may take us a little while to prepare your order for collection so please allow 24-48 hours to hear from us.

Where do I collect my order from?

All orders will be collected from our fulfillment centre located at Unit 2, 22 Oramzi Road, Girraween, NSW 2145. Therefore, ‘Click & Collect’ is only applicable for NSW customers at this stage.

Can I collect my order on the weekend?

No. Collection is only available from Monday – Friday between 10am – 5:30pm.

How much time do I have to collect my order?

You have 30-days from the time when Lirash notifies you that your order is ready for collection. After 30-days, your order may be cancelled by Lirash and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you are unable to collect your order. We may be able to provide you with alternate delivery options.

How will I know what the box sizes are so I can bring the right vehicle?

When we email you notifying that your order is ready for collection, we will provide you with the box sizes for the items you have purchased. Please ensure to measure and ensure the vehicle you are bringing on the day will accommodate the box sizes you have been provided.

If you feel the boxes will not accommodate in your vehicle, please contact us so we can arrange for alternate delivery options.

Warranty Information

Does Lirash offer warranty on the products?

All Lirash products come with a 12-months Manufacturer’s Warranty (no wear & tear covered).

Returns

I have changed my mind about my purchase and wish to return it. What is the process?

Not a worry at all! You are covered by our 30-day Change of Mind policy. You can return the item(s) within 30-days of receiving your order. You will be issued a full refund, less delivery costs and a 15% re-stocking fee. 

Please ensure, the items that you wish to return are in their original packaging and condition. Lirash may ask you to verify the condition of the item(s) as well as the packaging by requesting images before processing the return.

The refund will only be issued after the items have been received in our warehouse and been assessed by our team for any damages. If the item(s) are determined to be in an unsellable condition due to considerable damage (to actual product or the packaging), then Lirash can apply additional charges beyond the 15% point even up to declining the entire refund.

For ‘Click & Collect’ orders, the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to our warehouse in Girraween, NSW 2145.

It has been over 30 days since I received my order and I have just opened it. I have changed my mind and wish to return it. Can this be done?

We apologise as the Change of Mind policy is only applicable for 30-days after receiving your order.

I have received my order and there are some damages. What do I do now?

If you detect any damages or a manufacturing defect in your order, please contact us within 7-days of receiving the products. For mirrors (only), Lirash will need to be notified of any damages within 2-days of receiving the products.

We may request for you to provide some images detailing the issue so our technical team can assess the damage and advise a solution.

I want to return my purchase, but I have disposed the packaging. Can I still return it?

For any item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original packaging. If the packaging has been disposed/destroyed or is in a condition where its unable to return to its original state/shape or form, then Lirash is able to decline the request for a return. Therefore, it is recommended that you hold on to the packaging until you are completely satisfied with the purchase.

My order is taking too long to be delivered. I want to cancel my order. What is the process?

There are, on rare occasions, minor delays to deliveries. Since all orders are shipped with third party couriers, these delays are beyond the control of Lirash. In events like these, Lirash will always endeavour to ensure that your delivery is completed as soon as possible. Lirash will investigate alongside the courier company to resolve the issue for you.

However, please note, a late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. Until an investigation has not been completed by Lirash and/or the third-party courier company about the reason for the late delivery, Lirash will not be liable for any refunds or replacement.

If you do cancel the order due to a late delivery and the investigation has not been completed, then Lirash is able to decline your request for a full refund. If you still proceed to cancel the order, then the return delivery fees, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
